Job Description


· Required to handle sales officers, distributors, CFA, Key accounts & Sales forecasting.
· Required to handle BTL activities for brand building, promotion planning & execution.
· Identify & appoint new distributors.
· Will be responsible for Primary & secondary sales
· Ensure brand visibility & stock availability with the distributor.
· Ensure FIFO is followed, manages inventory
· Should track outlet sales & share the report.
· New conversions, opening new accounts, coverage & distribution expansion.

Requirements

· Team handling skills
· Sound knowledge & background of General Trade & Modern Trade.
· Should be good at negotiations.
· Ability to motivate the team, train the team on ground.



Responsibilities
