Job Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing the hospital to ensure that quality of patient care is provided to International Patients
The care and treatment of patients is a major responsibility. To ensure the availability and deliverability of quality facilities and amenities for all patients.
To motivate the medical teams and allied staff members to perform their roles, tasks and functions to the best of their abilities to make the patients feel comfortable at all times.
Check all appointment patients are visited & payment package has been analyzed.
Responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill exceeding its goal, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for their performance. Ensure sound and stable operation of assigned departments.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly for the way PowerPoint presentation.

Requirements

MBA/MHM graduate.
Knowledge of International Marketing.
