Job Description

Generate Leads/prospects over phone.
Making outbound calls for generating appointments for Business Development Team
Fix meetings/appointments with interested clients.
Forwarding leads to sales department and coordinating with them in closing the leads
Follow up and handle incoming calls for further conversion of walk-ins
Managing contacts and preparing reports, Maintain complete database and report
Achieve Daily call and Lead generation targets & overall monthly walk-in targets.

Requirements

Should have Excellent Communication skills and convincing power.
Ability to provide information clearly and professionally, both verbally and writing
Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client.

Responsibilities

Listen attentively to customer needs, understand the profile and recommend the right course.
Exhibit ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers effectively over phone.
Effectively explain Value proposition and Training offerings over phone
Capture and update customer information accurately
