Job Description
• Required to handle sales officers, distributors, CFA, Key accounts & Sales forecasting.
• Required to handle BTL activities for brand building, promotion planning & execution.
• Identify & appoint new distributors.
• Will be responsible for Primary & secondary sales
• Ensure brand visibility & stock availability with the distributor.
• Ensure FIFO is followed, manages inventory
• Should track outlet sales & share the report.
• New conversions, opening new accounts, coverage & distribution expansion.
Requirements
• Team handling skills
• Sound knowledge & background of General Trade & Modern Trade.
• Should be good at negotiations.
• Ability to motivate the team, train the team on ground.
Responsibilities
