JOB DESCRIPTION

Makes contracts with new customers and handles agreed sales projects
KEY TASKS
Planning, implementing and developing his/her sales performance in accordance with company's values and operational instructions by
 Responsible for new sales contacts in his own area
 Responsible to handle agreed sales projects
 Responsible for his/her personal sales result and effectiveness
 Making action plans and sales plans in his/her sales area
 Actively searching for customers and scheduling sales visits
 Making presentations, offers, contracts, fittings and start up of new customer
 Co-operation within the company
 Follow-up of competitors actions and activities and reporting them to SM
 Reporting for the sales manager
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

(Education, experience, knowledge and skills)  MBA in Sales / Marketing
 Ability to work alone and as well in team
 Over 5yrs experience in Industrial/ Corporate/ Direct Sales
 Successful sales work, good results and quality of the work
INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS

(Personal qualifications)
 Ability to negotiate with big customers on the top level of customer organisation
 Systematic way of working and ability to analyze information
 Problem solving skills, and skills to sell solutions for customers.
o Willingness to learn and develop
o Self-confidence and ability to open “doors” easily to new customers
o Self motivation to achieve long term results
o Well organised to plan meetings, visit customers and handle reports
 Persistent to close customer cases like “boa style”
 Good interaction abilities, persuading and influencing abilities
 Positive attitude, enthusiastic
 Well balanced
