Job Description

HR Generalist role
Responsible for entire recruitment process / onboarding /employee communication initiatives , redressal forum of the assigned area
employee retention and recognition plans
Ascertain Training & Development programs
Maintain end to end Performance Management System for the region
Ensure compliance to Organizational Polices and regional labor laws

Job requires extensive travelling within the region and incumbent is required to own two wheeler and valid driving license. Proficiency in Regional language is a must.
