Job Description
This is a front line sales job and involves:
Growing revenue and meeting sales targets on a month on month basis by adding new customers
Ensure retention of the existing customers by providing the best customer experience and resolving any service issues
Growing the market share in the geographical territory assigned by gaining a bigger share of the wallet from the existing customers
Ensuring that the receivables are collected and that all disputes are resolved on a month on month basis
Work along with other functions e.g. operations, customer service, key accounts, accounts, billing etc: toward delivering customer delight
Implement various sales strategies and promotions from time to time
Report on competition activity, trends and evolve and implement local strategies to grow profitable business
Requirements
Candidate should have excellent communication skills & pleasing personality
Candidate should be self driven
have experience from logistics/ecommerce Industry compulsory
should be good in generating revenue/completing his /her targets as per TAT
should have good contacts in the Industry & be able to convert them into leads'
should be knowing various means of generating leads through references, cold calling , BD meetings, Internet.Pleasing personality with good written and spoken communication skills
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Good analytical skills and should be a self-starter
Should have a work experience of 5-6 years in dealing with corporate customers
Candidate should be willing to travel from time to time within the region
