Job Description

Launched products: Implementation of products such as HRinZen for our clients, Production Support, Pre-sales support, Demos, and Demo data creation & refinements
Products Under Development: Business and Functional requirements elicitation, coordination with development teams, Testing, managing pilot run and moving to production, creation of setup and installation procedures, preparation of demo data, develop user manual and design training material

Requirements

End to End Pre-sales & implementation of the launched products such as HRinZen for the clients by understanding their business needs and translating them to functional requirements.
Refining the functionality of Strategic Talent Management & related areas and defining functionality for new products
Coordination with sales, support and vendor teams
Assist in planning and budgeting activities

Responsibilities

Organizing and Reporting skills
Be competent with targets and quality
Understanding of productivity measures and metrics
Should have prior experience in handling product implementation, presales support and product support activities
