Job Description

Respond to new student queries i.e., batches details, fees details etc. by telephone, emails and face to face.
Resolving existing student grievances regarding batches timings, study materials, faculty support etc.
Maintain a report of new and existing student queries, comments, complaints and action taken
Knowledge on company courses, timings, fees etc.
Handling Fee refund issues, batch shifting
coordinating with students & other branches & depts as well


Graduation or PG with HR experience
HR Technology, MS Office
Good Communication - Verbal and Non-verbal
Good Positive attitude
