We are on search for young graduates who are enthusiastic about gaining experience in cloud HRIS technology implementation with proven experience on HRIS life cycle, An ideal candidate should be good at configuring, training and support on HR software application.

Role: Customer Success Associate (HRIS)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Location: Hyderabad (Currently Work From Home)
Required Experience:1-2 years
CTC: 2.0-3.5 L/A
Preferably Female Candidates

Job Description:
1. Responsibility for client success for their entire life cycle of launch, scale and celebrate.
2. Pre-Sales demo and technical clarification for prospective enquirers.
3. Product installation/configuration and customer on-boarding.
4. Responsible for deep understanding of our product and user live training and support.
5. Documentation and assessments of user journey.
6. Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction.
7. Actively contributed in product development based on the customer experiences.

Requirements

Desired skills set:
1. Problem Diagnosis and Creative Solutions
2. HRIS Project Management
3. Familiar on usage of CRM, Help Desk, MS-office, B-B web & mobile app tools
4. Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and Self starter.
5. Basic Knowledge on Technology and HR practices
6. Good Work ethics, Confidence, Listening and Proactive
7. Good Presentation and Strong Communication
