3.Installation, Configuring and troubleshooting DHCP, DNS
4.Knowledge on TCP/IP v4 concept
5.User Administration & Group Policy administration in Active Directory.
6.Permissions/Access Control Lists.
7.Remote Desktop Services.
8.Windows Deployment services.
9.Microsoft Hyper-V
10.Creating user account & mail boxes for new user taking regular backups
11.Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
12.Configuring LAN/Wireless Networks at client machines.
13.Backup and Recovery.
14.Asset Management Skills (Asset: Hardware & Software)
15.Inwards and Outwards Process
16.Good Knowledge on Laptop, Desktop Hardware.
17.Troubleshooting of Hardware and Neworking (HW: Laptop/Desktop/Printers NW: LAN, Wireless)
Troubleshoot problems reported by users.


Good communication skills.
Good knowledge on Networking.
