Job Description

Taking care of CEO’s Office.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to CEO and COO
Schedule meetings, maintaining the CEO’s calendar
Maintaining files and records
Assisting in day to day activities and follow ups
Their travel arrangements, both overseas and domestic, Visa and ticket arrangements etc.
Coordinating with external agencies, vendors etc
Should handle Multitasking

Requirements

Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Manage an office, Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
Coordinate daily activities and/or schedule
Work independently and organize complex clerical tasks
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
