Identifying / Development of new Franchises prospects by locating potential business partners across India
Establish contact with prospects coming through leads provided by the company
Fix up appointment with prospects and make sales presentations
Undertaking all initial discussions with the Prospect
Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement
Regular Follow up on closures
Closing the deal along with top management's involvement
Working out setting up the office with the Franchise owner.
Supervise the overall operations of new Franchise.
Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions
Handling all enquires made from the customers.
Qualification: Any Graduate/PG Graduate.
Total Experience: Minimum 5 +years experience in Franchise Management. Should have a strong understanding of Franchise agreements and practices
