Visit patients to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided.
Prepare a daily report on the rounds carried and submit it to the Manager/ Asst. Manager.
Call patients who used our services to enquire about the service and/or discuss regarding any suggestions or comments written in the feedback form carryout.
Analyze all feedback forms daily, collect comments and suggestions, prepare a report department wise and submit the report to the Manager / Asst. Manager.
Collect all the letters from the complaint / suggestion box kept in the OPD, Diagnostics and Help desk to analyze and prepare department wise reports.
Handover the reports to the respective HODs twice in a week after prior approval.
Coordinate with other departments and maintain good interpersonal and inter departmental rapport.
Record all the relevant data in the computer, in specified time.
Assist in filing of all the documents and the reports.

Working knowledge of MS Office
