Job Description:
1. Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective enquirers.
2. Product installation & configuration
3. Implementation of cloud technology system to the customers
4. User training and support
5. Documentation and assessments
5. Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction
6. Actively contributed in product development based on the customer experiences
