Job Description
Finding new areas of business development & revenue generation.
Generate new business through extensive cold calling, email marketing, networking & internet marketing. Well versed with database research, marketing intelligence.
Prepare RFP, RFQ’s and RFI’s
Requirements
Graduate with an MBA in Marketing & Sales
Must have minimum of 3 years experience
Experience in an ITES / BPO / KPO environment in Sales & Business Development role.
Should have proven track record in sales closures with international clients in USA and Europe
Should have experience in corporate sales in a voice based BPO /KPO and understand BPO/KPO delivery operations
Exposure to international media industry would be an added advantage.
Should be Aggressive, Must have Negotiation Skills and Excellent Follow Up Skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of client services strategy and challenges
Experience in prospecting and making presentations to clients
Excellent command over Spoken and Written English
Willing to work in night shifts
Responsibilities
Relationship Management with existing clients. High Level interactions with clients during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat & new business.
Understanding client requirements and converting the same into effective Pre sales tools and Proposals and develop custom presentations.
