Job Description

We are currently expanding the company and looking for an experienced person to join our HR team that specialises in IT Recruitment; you will report into the head of HR. You should have an excellent understanding of how the labour market in India functions as well as a decent understanding of Technology and HR systems in addition to strong interpersonal skills.

You should be a self-motivated, people person that can attract and hire strong technologist with experience working across the SDLC with a Development engineering background that is an effective communicator that can lead teams and report and advise key stakeholders.

Requirements

Working with Senior management to understand resource requirements and gathering requirements from the business directly.
Writing Job Specifications and working with agencies to secure resources.
Good networking skills and ability to use Social Media to build network.
Strong interviewing techniques to understand the correct people for Sandhata.
Implement processes and procedures to streamline the hiring process.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to bring in niche and hard to find resources/
Manage complex production system, data and process issues and the ability to communicate clear, concise statues and impacts to all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Strong networking, negotiation & liaison abilities in building relationships.
Maintaining good rapport with the key individuals to sustain business.
Market knowledge of recruitment in IT Industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team person with good interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of handling Banks and Telecos advantageous
