Job Description

1) Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Servers, Firewall, Virtualisation)
2) Hands on experience on windows servers, Office 365, SQL Server, Backup, NAS
3) Create and control an IT roadmap and action plan for future growth.4)
4) Provide directions and inputs and also implement and monitor all the organizational IT related projects to a successful rollout
5) Monitor and analyze changes in system and networking technology in the market to be able to effectively use it for improving the IT Infrastructure
6) Create and effectively implement Disaster recovery and Business continuity plans for the organization.
7) Understand /research and formulate processes for upgrading networks or software whenever an upgrade is available in the market
8) Monitor Network and system performance and perform IT audits across the organization (onsite and offsite) regularly
9) Track and report important metrics that determine the health of the IT infrastructure on a periodic basis to the management
10) Control and manage the IT budgets and expenditures
11) 11)Manage and maintain the inventory of all Hardware, software and IT related resources accurately
12) Constantly assess opportunities to improve the IT infrastructure of the organization
13) Develop and implement strong organization level policies for Network, data, computer systems and data security
14) 14) Effective vendor management and procurement methods for IT related needs so as to reduce the cost of purchase without compromising on the quality

Technical:
Windows server administration (Active directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R).
Experience with VMWare, ESXi, Server 2012, Office 365, Google Apps
Experience with firewall, network monitoring
Min 5+ Yrs hands on experience
