Job Description

Companies Act 2013: Compliances under the provisions of the companies Act 2013 such as preparation of board resolutions, shareholders resolutions, filing of forms with the MCA, updation of register of members etc;
FEMA Compliances: Preparation and filing of form FC-GPR, ARF, ECB and other statutory documents;
Commercial Agreement: Drafting of commercial agreements such as Services agreement, franchise agreement, employment etc; and Other corporate compliances.
