Job Description

1. Plan and implement the preventive maintenance of all the equipments and machinery.
2. Reducing the break down period & responding immediately to equipment break down
3. Daily monitoring of utility consumptions like steam, coal, electricity & water
4. Daily monitoring all utility parameters
5. Planning for shutdown activity & arrangements of materials & manpower for the same
6. Monitoring the boiler for smooth running if any abnormality then takes action as per problem
7. Carrying out quality inspection
8. Arranging manpower as per shift schedule & per requirements
9. Monitoring the equipment for smooth running if any abnormality then taking corrective decision against the problem
10. Responsible for cooling towers maintenance work
11. Pumps, instrument air compressor, plant equipments & blower maintenance work
12. Making all maintenance documents on the basis of ISO
13. Coordinate with inter departments for various activities
14. Prepare project status report & Regularity, monitoring on working people & assign the job
15. Maintaining clean project record for overseeing the resolution of any problem
16. Allotting the jobs to contract people as per requirement
17. Ensuring the project meets its deadline at each stage

Requirements

Position : Maintenance Engineer
Qualification : Diploma / B tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 4 - 7 years in Chemical manufacturing Industry
Job Location : Nacharam, Hyderabad
