Job Description

• Should have Complete knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring that the production is cost effective;
• working out timely human and material resources needed;
• monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
• being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipments;
• monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control procedures;
• liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
• Interacting with departments like Purchase and Stores for smooth Production flow from Raw material stage till completion of the Product
• Interaction with Quality department for stage wise inspection and Environmental Tests.
• MIS reports to the management
• ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• supervising and motivating a team of workers;
• reviewing worker performance;
• identifying training needs and mentoring the team
• Should be well versed with ISO procedures and documentation

Requirements

Qualification B.E. (Electronics & Communications), MBA (Operations) / MBA (Production Management) would be an added advantage.
Experience 8 - 12years’ experience in Electro Mechanical Manufacturing or relevant Industry. Aerospace and Defense Industry experience desirable
