Job Description

-- Handling category of FMCG Food & Non-Food

-- Stock management negotiating with vendors for margins, monthly promotions, space selling and introduction of new SKUs.

-- Procurement of stocks at competitive rates and ensuring that optimum stock levels are maintained to service the needs of stores across the city.

-- Bulk availability also ensured for repacking with a close watch on market trends, rates and production.

-- Assortment ensuring that the right combinations of products are visible on the shelves to optimize shelf plan organizing and facilitating customer purchase.

-- Plan visually merchandising the SKU range available with respect to the merchandise flow,store layout, product master and customer convenience.

-- Benchmarking analyzing and reviewing competition with respect to range,assortment and pricing to develop a complete package for the customers.

-- Pricing developing pricing strategies and margin fixations & increasing sales.

-- Responsible for monthly Promotions and Other income for category, Special offers

-- Currently handling the Auto Replenishment with Min & Max and Coordinating with Warehouse team & Store Managers
