Job Description

Able to Handle Security Operations of Multiple locations in the west Region especially of logistic sites with specialization in E-Commerce.
Experience to handle, guide and lead a team of Security Officers located in different locations in West region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, M.P. & Goa)
Needs to carry out Investigation related to pilferage and theft in E-Commerce Logistic Business.
Able to maintain MIS & Incident reports related to Security investigations.
Able to design security requirement, processes and train the Security Officers and Contract Manpower.
Able to maintain relations with external agencies like Police for registering FIR against culprits.
Having Knowledge of designing and implementation of Security Automation like CCTV Surveillance System and Access Control System.
Experience in Managing Administration in terms of security & security manpower of HUB, PPC and Delivery Centres.
Experience in Vendor Management Vendor Selection, Rate Negotiation, Releasing Purchase Order / Work Order, Bill Processing and coordination with finance department for payment.
Minimum 10 years of Experience required.
Able To Handle Team of 10-12 Security Officers deployed at various Locations in Mumbai & also Pune, Gujarat, MP, Goa.

Requirements

Candidate preferred from logistics / ecommerce sector
should have good experience in surveillance, vigilance, fire fighting, CCTV surveillance, good contacts with Police force for investigations & FIR registeration against culprits
