Job Description

Handling Onboarding & Offboarding process.
Should be able to frame & Implement the policies in the organization.
Must have experience in Handling Payroll Management, Handling Statutory Compliances and Performance Management (PMS).
Must have experience in Employee Engagement.

Requirements

Looking for candidates who have good experience in Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management (PMS) and Employee Engagement.
Ability to understand Business Models.
Tech Savvy (MS Word, excel, PowerPoint).
Good at Communication (Verbal & Written).
Good at maintaining Interpersonal & Team Relations.
Ability to Learn fast & Adapt.
